The opponent for Tyson Fury’s next fight is to be determined, but there is no shortage of options. After the first fight against Deontay Wilder ended in a controversial split-decision draw, Fury emphatically won the rematch.

Bet on Tyson Fury's next fight

Wilder's corner mercifully threw in the towel in the seventh round, putting an end to a fight that probably should've been stopped sooner. Wilder looked off-balance and had trouble defending himself for multiple rounds after a blow to his left ear seemed to cause him many problems.

So then what's Tyson Fury's next fight?

A third fight with Wilder is still a possibility. Wilder now has 30 days to exercise his rematch clause.

If not Wilder, a showdown with heavyweight titlist and fellow British boxer Anthony Joshua seems obvious.

However, the politics of boxing rarely make any fight easy to make.

Fury, born in England, has been making himself feel at home in Las Vegas. The Fury-Wilder rematch was Fury’s third straight fight in Vegas. But a fight with Joshua would in all likelihood take place in England.

Joshua represented Great Britain in the 2012 London Olympics.

Fury vs Joshua is arguably the biggest fight that can be made in the sport of boxing.

When is Tyson Fury’s next fight?
